Apparently Jim Philips thinks I'm coming back...If my job wasn't halfway decent...which it appears to be...at least halfway decent...I think I'd be headed back...
Because...trust me...this whole selling a house...renting a house...buying a house, renting a house...lease purchasing a house....stinks...
I'll keep you updated...but...as of tonight...we are going to try to lease/purchase this house...and if it all works out...we will only have to move once...We'll see...
