Day 39

So....after dealing with all of this house mess for a couple of days...we have decided to keep it simple...

We are going to be renting this house for a period of time until we figure out what we are going to do...

We want to leave our house on the market through the summer to give it an extra 2 1/2 months to sell...Rather than becomming landlords from afar...
